OP-DES Antennas.

OP-DES Yagis fold the driven element ends back in opposing phase — flat SWR across an entire band, direct 50 Ω feed, no tuner in the line.

The Opposing Phase Driven Element System takes a structural route to bandwidth. The ends of the driven element are folded back in opposing phase, which broadens the antenna's response dramatically without any matching network: the feedpoint stays at a direct 50 Ω, and the SWR curve stays flat where conventional wideband designs sag towards the band edges.

That makes OP-DES the natural choice for wide allocations — one antenna covering the whole of 10m from the CW segment to the FM end, with no tuner in the line and no performance cliff where the band gets interesting. Gain and pattern hold across the same span, because the bandwidth is achieved by geometry rather than by resistive loss.

For operators who work a full band rather than a favourite corner of it, the OP-DES family delivers the coverage a single monoband Yagi normally cannot.
