Antennas // 23cm Band

23cm Antennas.

The gateway to the microwaves — at 1296 MHz mechanical precision is electrical performance, and every millimetre matters.

The 23cm band at 1296 MHz is where amateur radio crosses into the microwaves. It is a band of specialists: EME operators running long Yagis and dishes, tropo enthusiasts exploiting ducts that can carry 1296 MHz astonishing distances, and experimenters for whom the band's width — a full 60 MHz in most allocations — is a playground for narrowband DX, wideband modes and television alike.

At these frequencies, manufacturing tolerance is performance. A millimetre of element error on 23cm is worth what a centimetre costs on 2m, so our 1296 MHz designs are built with the precision the band demands — CNC-machined detail, exact element seating and the LFA's direct feed keeping loss out of the system before the preamplifier ever sees the signal.
